THE 45-MINUTE HEIST

One blocker.
A useful
next move.

A focused working session for a suitable, bounded AI or software problem. Agree the inputs, work toward an artifact, and leave with a clearer decision.

HUMAN-LED. AI-ASSISTED.45′

A working session.
Not a promise of production deployment.

INSIDE THE SESSION

Frame. Map.
Make. Review.

An illustrative run sheet. Preparation, access and the fee are agreed before the live session.

00-05 MIN

Frame

Confirm the blocker and what a useful artifact should help you decide.

05-15 MIN

Map

Check the inputs, constraints and the smallest workable approach.

15-35 MIN

Make

Build and test the agreed prototype or reviewable output.

35-45 MIN

Review

Walk through the result, its limitations and the next step.

A GOOD FIT

A specific question.
Safe, usable inputs.

  • One workflow or technical blocker
  • A person who can explain a useful result
  • Redacted examples and permission to use them
  • A decision that a prototype can help inform

A DIFFERENT STARTING POINT

Some work needs
discovery first.

Complex migrations, sensitive access, multi-team process changes and unclear problem boundaries need a more deliberate assessment. A design or operations engagement also has its own scoping path.

BEFORE YOU START

A few useful answers.

What do we leave with?

The agreed artifact, a walkthrough of decisions and limitations, and an outline of the next step. The artifact depends on the problem and the scope agreed beforehand.

Is the result production-ready?

Not by default. A prototype is something to evaluate. Production engineering, security checks, integrations, deployment and support need their own agreed scope.

Is every enquiry a Heist?

No. The Heist is one possible starting point. Strategy, design, training, modernisation and operations can start with a different engagement.

What does it cost?

The scope, preparation and fee are agreed before booking. No rate is quoted in this review concept.
